Shipping and Delivery

Shipping

We normally ship with PostNL. The following applies: when you order before 5:00 PM the package will be shipped the same day. When the total order value is more than €50,- or when you would like to have a Track and Trace link, we can also ship with DHL. Additional costs may apply. This will be shown during checkout.

Delivery

Usually your package will be delivered within one week. Packages to the Netherlands will most of the time be delivered the next day. Delivery time for packages to other countries in the European Union is a little bit longer. If you still haven't received the package after one week: please give us a call or send us an E-mail, so we can check what the status of the shipment is!
